1. Your Account

When registering with our website you should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

2. Delivery

We offer a same day despatch / next day delivery service for orders placed before 12noon.  Orders placed after 12noon are usually despatched the next day. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service and occasionally delays can occur.  If you need a guaranteed delivery, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

All orders will require a signature on delivery

Pease note that we have several warehouses so if your order contains multiple items, goods may be dispatched separately - this will be at no extra cost to you.

To protect both ourselves and our customers from fraud, Brennands reserve the right to refuse to deliver to alternative addresses where we cannot confirm that the cardholder has authorised the transaction.

3. Returns

We offer a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.  If you change your mind about your purchase, and wish to cancel an order and obtain a refund, please notify us within 14 days of the day the item is delivered.  Please note that the item MUST be unused, and you have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the item pending its return to us.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.  A full refund or replacement will be offered.  Please note that damages must be reported within 7 working days of receipt

4. Pricing & Availability

We endeavour to ensure prices and availability of items are correct on the website.  However, there may be occasions where goods have been mispriced on the website or items are out of stock.

Prices on all orders are checked prior to dispatch, so if we find an item has been mispriced on the website we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

If you order an item which is unavailable we will contact you by e-mail to inform you that the item is out of stock. If this happens we will offer an alternative item of equal or higher value if you do not wish to wait for new stock to arrive, or a full refund.
