Easter is over, but what can you do with those left over chocolate easter eggs?  Here are a couple of ideas ...

Make some hot chocolate drinks

Melt some of the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water, and then add milk and stir until you get the perfect hot chocolate.  Add some marshmallow and a blob of cream, and you have a lovely indulgent drink

Have an easter egg and ice cream pudding

Separate the two halves of small easter eggs, and use them as cups.  Add vanilla ice cream and a few strawberries and serve as a delicious pudding for the kids (and big kids too!)

Make some cornflake crisps

Enjoy a family activity ... melt down some of the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water (make sure the kids don't get too close to the hot water!) and then add in some cornflakes or rice crispies.  Mix in so the cereal is evenly coated with the chocolate and put in bun trays to cool and set
