- All orders are despatched within 24 hours, with most orders being despatched the same day
- Our standard FREE delivery service means your item will be with you in 3 to 5 working days. Various delivery upgrades are available and you will be shown these throughout the checkout process
- For Hostess Trolleys, White Knight products and Royal Cozyfires, please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery, our courier will contact you to agree a convenient delivery day.
- Service is Monday to Friday only, and excludes weekends and bank holidays
- UK mainland addresses only. Delivery rates do not cover Scottish Highlands, Islands or Ireland
- We do not deliver internationally
- A signature is required on delivery
- We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unconfirmed addresses, and those not matching the billing details of the payment method used
- To protect customers and prevent fraud, further verification of identity may be requested prior to despatch of order

Tips to ensure a quick and trouble free delivery
Brennands are aware of the importance of ensuring your order arrives promptly, and there are things that you can do to help this process, so here are our top tips
- Before confirming your order, double check that your delivery address and postcode are correct.
- If you want delivery to a business address, please ensure that the business name is included in the address, so the courier knows where to go.
- Always include a phone number that we can pass onto the courier or contact you on
- If your address might be difficult to find, include a note of any special directions on your order so we can pass these to the courier
- Make sure that you have added our email address to your list of safe email addresses, so that any tracking or important information we send reaches your inbox rather than going straight to your spam folder
- Do check any tracking information that we send to you, so that you are aware of the progress of your delivery
- If you have not received your order within 3 working days of despatch, and there is no information on the tracking, give us a call or send us an email so we can investigate .... couriers only hold onto orders for a few days before returning to sender, and this can create quite a delay so its better to check with us sooner rather than later.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but recognise that sometimes you may want to return an item
Faulty/Not as described items
In the unlikely event of a product being faulty, or significantly not as described please notify us as soon as possible and we can arrange the return of the item and a replacement or refund.
If you change your mind for any reason, you can send your purchase back for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that in line with UK law (The Distance Selling Regulations), when returning an item because you have changed your mind, you must take reasonable care of the goods and ensure they are not damaged or used whilst in your possession.
Item received in error
Should you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve this
Please notify us immediately if your order arrives in a damaged condition.
Do not accept or sign for a visibly damaged parcel. Inform the courier that you cannot accept it as it is damaged, and notify us immediately so we can investigate this.

We know how frustrating it is to buy something and then find its out of stock. We work hard to maintain accurate stock levels, and promise that if we do get it wrong, we will notify you straight away. We will also offer free postage when it comes back into stock as a gesture of apology
